It may take up to three to five business days for your order to be processed in-house before it ships. Please note we ship orders out on business days only.

  • Major Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your transactions are secure with Stripe’s encryption technology.
  • Apple Pay: Enjoy a quick and secure checkout using your Apple device. Simply authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, and you’re set. Apple Pay transactions through Stripe provide an additional layer of security without sharing your actual card details.
  • Google Pay: For Android users, Google Pay offers a fast, secure payment method. Just add your card to Google Wallet, and checkout becomes a breeze with just a tap or a click. Stripe ensures that your payment information remains confidential.
All payments are processed through Stripe, which guarantees top-notch security for your financial information. Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, you’ll receive an email with shipping details.
 
Order Changes
We apologize that changes to your order may not be possible. We will update a shipping address or cancel an order if we can, we are sorry that we are not able to add, remove, or swap items in any order. Customers are responsible for the return shipping of unwanted items. As soon as an order enters our dispatch process changes of any kind are not possible. 
 

Dispatch

The first stage of our dispatch process is order fulfillment. When your order has been Fulfilled it indicates that we have printed your shipping label and packing slip, and are processing the order through the warehouse.

After fulfillment your order is Pending Pickup by the carrier. We will email you the tracking number close to the estimated pickup date. Your tracking number will show a pending status until the carrier scans the order through their nearest shipping hub.

**Please do not be alarmed if USPS indicates an emergency delay while the package is in the Pending Pickup stage. USPS has changed the language on their website and it does not indicate that we have any problems at the warehouse.

Tracking Orders & Shipping FAQS

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be created. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. Creating an account, though not required, will facilitate the ability to track the package.

Increased Transit Time

We appreciate your patience as all of our carriers are working through increased package volume along with staffing shortages. Transit time has increased, and long delays without an updated tracking scan are normal as more transportation options like rail and air freight are utilized by our carriers; they are unable to scan packages at every stop along the way to you. We allow 14 days of transit time before a package is considered lost and eligible for replacement in the event that it has stopped scanning.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package. There will be a $5.50 reshipment fee.

If the package is refused by the recipient there will be a $6.00 restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount.

Military Address

All packages shipped to military addresses are shipped via the US Postal Service.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders that total $50 or more before taxes and any other fees. This offer applies to shipments within the contiguous United States only. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping or for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

International Shipping
International orders will ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box. The shipping cost shown is the actual charge for shipping. Canadian Shipping

Processing times and shipping times for Canadian orders are longer than for domestic orders.

Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Orders cannot ship to a PO box. If you include an email address, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. An estimated scheduled delivery date will appear on this email, this date is subject to change depending on circumstances out of the control of C-Tea House. The shipping cost is based on the merchandise weight total in your shopping cart at the time your order is placed. The flat rate to Canada starts at $35 for orders up to 4 pounds.

Please note: The shipping cost for Canadian orders will include all duty, taxes and brokerage fees. If you would like to track your order please be sure to include an accurate email address.
