Brewing all comes down to the unique taste of the tea drinker! Our general rule of thumb is to let each tea leaf have its moment to shine:

Red Tea: 5-7 minutes at 200-212°F.
Black Tea: 3-5 minutes at 200-212°F
Herbal Tea: 5-7 minutes at 200-212°F
Oolong Tea: 3-5 minutes at 180-200°F
Chai Tea: 5-7 minutes at 200-212°F
Green Tea: 2-3 minutes at 160-180°F
White Tea: 2-4 minutes at 160-185°F
